Information you share

This website currently uses an email-app inquiry flow; it does not receive files, process cards or create customer accounts. If you send an inquiry, your email service delivers it to us. Optional analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta) are controlled through your cookie choices, and remain inactive until the relevant consent is granted and the service has been configured.

Why we use information

We use contact details, artwork and project information to respond to requests, prepare proofs and quotes, coordinate approved printing and shipping, provide support and resolve issues. Only share photographs you have permission to submit for printing.

Photos and marketing

We do not assume that purchasing or submitting a photo permits its use in advertising. Public portfolios, customer testimonials and promotional video require separate and specific voluntary permission. A customer may decline without affecting order fulfillment.

Service providers and retention

When we fulfill orders, required order information may be shared with printing, payment, shipping and support service providers as necessary. Before live checkout, this draft must be finalized with actual provider identities, retention periods, user rights and applicable privacy-law obligations.

Website analytics and cookies

We offer separate choices for analytics (for example GA4 and Clarity) and marketing (for example Meta Pixel). These optional trackers do not load until you permit their category. You may change preferences using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Advertising or analytics technologies may transfer technical data to their service providers when enabled. Privacy and retention details should be reviewed against your final deployed integrations.

Protecting submitted photographs

Do not email sensitive images or payment-card details through the inquiry page. When we request your final photograph, we will provide a designated submission method and explain how it is handled. We do not publish customer photos without separate, voluntary permission.
