Made with care. Ordered with clarity.

Design ownership and permission

By sending artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it. You grant us and necessary production teams a limited permission to handle and reproduce it for your approved order. You keep ownership of your original image. We do not gain permission to advertise it without a separate release.

Design and payment approval

A preliminary inquiry is not a purchase. We provide proofs, pricing and timing for acceptance; payment is requested after approval. Production begins only after payment and confirmation. Modifications after production begins may be impossible or involve new charges.

Custom manufacturing

Shapes, prints and lead times are subject to manufacturer availability. We may decline artwork that infringes others' rights, violates the law, or cannot be reliably printed. A proof is a representation, not a guarantee of exact color or wood grain.

Delivery and post-sale support

Production and carrier timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping fees, duties and installation options will be quoted as applicable. Refer to our Shipping & Returns page for custom-product issues and cancellations.

Installation

Any installation is subject to a separate written scope, on-site conditions, scheduling, and legal licensing requirements. Customer permission and any necessary building or landlord approvals may be required.

Customer protection

These draft terms do not waive non-excludable consumer protections. We will review the final terms with applicable legal requirements before accepting online payments.
